Responsibilities Research all transactional supplier purchasing requirements. Negotiating best discounts possible for AMS and AMS client accounts. Capture all supplier costs accurately in Synergist system Ensure all client paid purchases are accurately entered into Synergist system All supplier queries to be managed and resolved within acceptable timeframes Manage suppliers to ensure that all invoices supplied are correct in order to be matched by AP Work with Specialist to recognise opportunities for bulk buying and central AMS contracts.
